Description

You will manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 personal injury cases, guiding them from intake through settlement or jury verdict. You'll engage with clients, conduct depositions and mediations, draft motions, and serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law
• Active and in good standing with your local State Bar
• Currently located in the state of the job posting
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
