• Manage apartment turnover process for timely leasing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trades or residential building maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and weekend work
