💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the partner ecosystem for Payoneer Workforce Management across EMEA. Your work will drive revenue growth through strategic relationships with EOR resellers, corporate secretarial firms, and recruiters. This role is the first partnerships hire for WFM in EMEA, offering significant ownership and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and close strategic partnerships across EMEA
• Drive partner activation and enablement
• Manage and optimize partner referral processes
• Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, sales, or strategic business development
• Proven ability to independently build and close partnership deals
• Experience with financial institutions and risk/compliance
• Strong analytical mindset to design partner processes
