💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of power electronics and motor control for the world's first artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, you'll own technical roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery from concept through on-orbit operation. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define long-term vision and technical roadmap for power electronics and motor control.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
  • Own strategy for on-time and within budget product delivery.
  • Lead technical architecture, design, and validation of power electronics systems.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of technical leadership in avionics/power electronics for spacecraft.
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in analog/digital circuit design and multi-layer PCB development.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with space flight operations for human spaceflight.
  • Track record of deploying products with spaceflight heritage.
  • Familiarity with motor control for BLDC applications in space environments.
