🎯 What You'll Do

• Define scientific strategy and R&D roadmap for tRNA platform
• Oversee advancement of tRNA elevation and suppression modalities
• Lead translational research and preclinical studies
• Drive AAV vector design, delivery optimization, and IND-enabling activities

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
• 8–12+ years in biotech/pharma R&D with scientific leadership
• RNA biology and gene therapy expertise
• AAV vector design and preclinical development experience
