Description

As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to ensure accurate inventory, reduce shrink, and maintain a safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Manage stockroom standards and processes to ensure safe and efficient operation
