Description

You will own the product roadmap for Procure to Pay capabilities within the ArsenalOS digital backbone, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions, optimize Oracle Fusion ERP, and integrate with other systems to support Anduril's defense technology manufacturing at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions at manufacturing companies.
• Expertise in interplay of supply chain and manufacturing processes between MES, WMS, and ERP with hands-on Oracle or SAP experience.
• Product-oriented, outcome-driven mindset.
• First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent business and technical communication skills; U.S. Person status required; ability to be in-office full time and travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Maximize value from Oracle ERP for PTP by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and engineering workarounds.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities and design ERP solutions for changing business needs.
• Optimize Procure to Pay capabilities across the enterprise.
• Uplevel understanding of ERP capabilities across ArsenalOS, collaborating with teams responsible for MRP, MES, WMS, etc.
• Act as product evangelist, align business partners around best practices, and deliver fit-for-purpose value stream solutions.
