  • Lead post-sale onboarding and setup for new customers
  • Drive measurable business adoption to deliver tangible results
  • Maintain customer health and proactively address churn risks
  • Identify case study and reference opportunities with Marketing

  • Prior experience in customer success or account management in SaaS
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and retention results
  • Technically confident to guide customers through setup and best practices
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across stakeholder levels
