You'll create and innovate Brooks Running footwear inline product, ensuring executional design balance between progressive and acceptable design. You'll lead seasonal collection design using the Crafted Beauty foundation, and collaborate with Color, Material & Trend teams to implement emotional storytelling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full design of complex performance footwear revolutions
• Create identity principles to maximize perceived value
• Drive pre-season product development for Crafted Beauty templates
• Mentor Associate Designers and Designers 1 and 2

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in industrial, graphics, apparel, or footwear design
• 7+ years of experience in color/material/textile programs
• 2D and 3D CAD experience with Rhino, Blender, Adobe Substance Suite
• Mastery with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
