Description

You will lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional home health care to adult and geriatric clients. You'll oversee clinical documentation, coordinate client care, and ensure quality services in the North Boston area.

Requirements

• 2+ years RN experience in Home Health
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate client care and act as internal case manager and advocate
• Participate in hiring and interviewing of field staff
• Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities
