Description

You will architect AI-driven modernization and lead Toronto's Talent, Development, and Experience ecosystem within the global L&D team. This role bridges local employee experience with global AI enablement, moving internal processes from manual design to scalable, AI-assisted models.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in leadership development, learning strategy or program management
• Experience leading complex enterprise-wide learning initiatives
• Experience integrating AI tools into learning design or workflow enablement
• Strong background in instructional design with focus on measurable behavior change
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define and measure impact

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery and evolution of Toronto's learning and talent experience
• Lead end-to-end execution of TDE programs (onboarding, manager development, employee experience)
• Drive AI modernization across TDE design and delivery
• Partner with senior leaders on AI-enabled learning innovation
• Track engagement, adoption and business impact at site level
