Description
You will build and cultivate a living network of exceptional fintech and software talent before roles open, proactively sourcing passive candidates, managing full-cycle recruiting, and owning candidate relationships from first contact through day one. You'll design outreach strategies, run personalized campaigns, and close leadership roles within a week.
Requirements
- Natural connector with ability to build and maintain a large professional network
- Highly self-directed, able to set targets and hold yourself accountable without micro-management
- Proven track record of closing roles quickly, ideally within a week
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting high-volume outreach
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to 100+ passive candidates per week across software engineering, UX/UI, product management, and fintech consulting
- Cultivate genuine relationships with at least 250 professionals per year via coffee chats, check-ins, and industry conversations
- Build and maintain a CRM inside Greenhouse with SLOMA data for each contact
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and email
- Run full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment interviews (WHO methodology), offer management, and onboarding coordination
