💼 About This Role

You'll be part of a pop culture driven brand, providing excellent customer service and sharing your fandom knowledge. You'll help stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Superpowers in customer service and selling.
• Able to navigate store, merchandise, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs.
