Description

You will join Ripple's Treasury team to manage global treasury operations, including payment processing, bank account management, and treasury systems. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure liquidity and support digital asset operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Global Treasury function
• Experience with domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and record cash flow transactions to ensure adequate liquidity
• Own global account and exchange management including openings, closings, and KYC
• Maintain and operate the Treasury Management System (TMS) ensuring data integrity
• Assist crypto operations with cash position analysis and digital asset funding
• Provide cross-functional support to Accounting, Finance Ops, Tax, and Compliance
