Description

Provide primary care to a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborate with a dedicated care team and continuously learn through clinical rounds and procedural opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+) in past 5 years, OR 1 year with fellowship/urgent care experience
• State licensed in Washington by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Effective communication and technology use for high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or testing centers and conduct telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training
