This role sits at the intersection of technical writing, product marketing, and AI automation for a fast-growing cloud startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and structure
• Write product guides, release notes, API references, and FAQs
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate content tasks
• Partner with Product Marketing to create blog posts and case studies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing or content management
• Proven track record using AI to scale content operations
• Strong writing and editing skills for complex topics
• Experience with knowledge base platforms like GitBook

• Familiarity with tools like Claude, GPT, Cursor, n8n, Zapier
• Experience building prompt libraries or custom GPTs
