💼 About This Role

You'll join Xaira Therapeutics' Biology Pharmacology team, focusing on in vitro and ex-vivo experiments to support immunology and translational research. You'll execute functional assays using primary immune cell systems to generate high-quality data for drug discovery. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI-driven therapeutics and hands-on biology in a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute in vitro and ex-vivo experiments for disease biology and target validation
• Perform immune cell isolation, culture, and functional assays
• Conduct immune profiling using multi-parameter flow cytometry
• Prepare and process tissue samples for downstream assays
• Generate, analyze, and document experimental data

📋 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Immunology, Biology, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
• Strong hands-on experience with primary immune cell systems (human and/or mouse)
• Proven experience executing flow cytometry-based assays
• Experience with cell-based functional assays (e.g., cytokine, proliferation assays)
