You'll serve as a trusted advisor for Delinea's Privilege Access Management solutions, ensuring customer success and ROI. You'll monitor customer health, deliver remote services, and resolve high-priority issues. This role offers the chance to influence product direction through beta programs and executive reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical subject matter expert for PAM offerings
• Monitor customer health and communicate with sales team
• Deliver remote services including configuration and training
• Track bugs, releases, and vulnerabilities for proactive alerts

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Support, or Sales Engineering
• Understanding of large organization infrastructure and processes
• Experience with Privilege Access Management or related security
• Ability to travel to customer facilities in North America

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Delinea or competitive PAM products
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• Previous role as a technical trusted advisor
