You'll lead UX strategy and evolve the design system (Backpack) for an integrated ELD platform at Ellevation. You'll shape seamless, cross-suite experiences and drive AI-assisted design workflows across the team. This hybrid role is based in Boston, MA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX strategy for cross-product initiatives.
• Own and evolve the Backpack design system roadmap.
• Mentor designers and raise craft standards across teams.
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows for rapid prototyping.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cross-functional B2B SaaS design.
• Owned or significantly shaped a design system.
• Proven AI fluency using LLM-assisted prototyping.
• Experience leading user research and usability testing.
