- Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
- Administer employee benefits programs including medical and insurance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

- Experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and statutory contributions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets
