Description

You'll work one-on-one as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential through personal care, transportation, and community activities.

Requirements

• One year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18+
• Ability to provide client transportation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Empower independence for clients
• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Transport clients to errands, appointments, and community outings
• Engage in client's hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks
