Description
You will lead and grow a team of Regional and Enterprise Account Executives to help transform the operations of leading industrial manufacturing organizations, driving deals typically from $50K to $500K ARR. You'll build a results-driven culture, develop strategies for new logos and expansion, and partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling innovative technology solutions to VP+ buyers in complex organizations
- Minimum 4 years managing high-performing Enterprise Sales teams
- Proven track record scaling teams through 6-12+ month deal cycles, closing $100K+ ARR deals
- Growth-stage leader with experience at SaaS companies between $25M and $200M ARR
- Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies including team selling and multi-stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach Account Executive team to exceed revenue targets
- Develop strategy for penetrating new logos and driving upsell/expansion in existing accounts
- Partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales infrastructure and processes
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics
- Act as executive sponsor on key opportunities throughout complex deal cycles
