You'll join Faire's Brand Partnerships team as a trusted advisor to Upmarket brands across Central Northern Europe. You'll drive wholesale growth using AI, data, and sales execution to identify and activate high-fit brands for the platform. This role blends strategic thinking and high-velocity sales in a genuinely early market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a high-value book of Upmarket brands across Central Northern Europe
  • Build a high-volume, high-quality pipeline using data and AI
  • Lead personalised, insight-led sales cycles with C-level to operational stakeholders
  • Support new brands through their first quarter on Faire to ensure platform success

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota at upmarket level (top 3 in org, President's Club)
  • High-velocity pipeline engine for multiple complex deals simultaneously
  • Sharp executive presence from C-level to operational stakeholder
  • AI fluency using AI tools daily for prospecting and prep

โœจ Nice to Have

  • DACH market experience or German speaker
  • European language skills beyond English
  • Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships
