💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end AP operations for a global data company, ensuring strong internal controls and high service delivery. You'll own invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end close while driving process improvements. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility with two in-office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end invoice processing including 2-way matching
• Execute payment runs (ACH, wires) with appropriate controls
• Manage AP help desk inquiries and ensure SLA adherence
• Support month-end close including accruals and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or relevant experience
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle and controls
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with ERP/AP tools (NetSuite, Coupa preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a Global COE or Shared Services environment
• Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes
• Experience with automation tools or process optimization
