💼 About This Role

You'll own the Master Production Schedule for a rapidly scaling aerospace manufacturer, ensuring alignment between customer demand, capacity, and delivery commitments. You'll act as the central integrator between demand planning, production, and supply chain, directly impacting the speed of building rockets and satellites for national defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule across products and sites.
• Translate demand forecasts into capacity-constrained production plans.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain for resource alignment.
• Monitor schedule performance and recommend corrective actions for bottlenecks.
• Support S&OP/S&OE processes and maintain ERP/MES data integrity.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production scheduling or master scheduling in complex manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing a Master Production Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning and constraint management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor).

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive industries.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Theory of Constraints.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for analytics.
