You'll join Coalition's customer success team to provide top-tier support to brokers and policyholders. You'll answer inbound questions, educate customers on our product, and partner with teams to improve processes. This role offers the chance to make an impact in a high-growth insurtech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer questions via live chat and email.
- Educate customers on Coalition's quoting and cybersecurity platforms.
- Perform administrative insurance functions to support growth.
- Partner with teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve training.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing support or success role.
- Experience coaching or mentoring peers in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to resolve complex customer issues end-to-end.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience creating or improving training materials.
- Prior insurance industry experience.
- Familiarity with live chat and email support tools.
