You'll lead two engineering teams building data products and enterprise management capabilities for Vanta's largest customers. You'll shape the strategy for reporting and multi-business-unit compliance management at scale. This high-impact role combines 0-1 product development with scalable data infrastructure and enterprise scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale two engineering teams through recruiting and development.
• Drive execution on reporting infrastructure and Enterprise Hub initiatives.
• Set technical direction and guide product strategy for data products.
• Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to define compliance definitions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time engineering management experience.
• Managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously.
• Strong technical depth as former senior or staff engineer.
• Track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams.

• Experience setting product and technical strategy with Product and Design.
• Driven engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role.
