๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead strategic partnership development and revenue growth initiatives for Roku's commerce and performance advertising solutions. Your work will expand Roku's footprint in performance marketing by building relationships with key commerce, retail media, and API partners.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with Commerce and Retail Media networks
  • Drive incremental revenue through API deals, reselling, and data procurement
  • Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at retailers and ecosystem partners
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue for the Commerce Performance Partnerships team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in digital advertising or ad tech
  • Experience working with Retail Media Networks, Programmatic, and Commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue partnerships
  • Deep understanding of performance advertising, e-commerce, and direct-response marketing

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in CTV/OTT advertising or streaming platforms
  • Knowledge of attribution methodologies and measurement frameworks
  • Understanding of ROAS, CPA, and other performance marketing KPIs
