Description

You'll lead the expansion and maturation of SoFi's Enterprise Architecture practice, aligning technology with business strategy, driving modernization, and scaling governance standards across domains.

Requirements

• Experienced Enterprise Architect with business-savvy and technical proficiency
• Proven experience with Architecture-as-Code and Shift-Left principles in CI/CD
• Experience with guardrails-based governance model in SDLC
• Generalist across business, application, data, and technology architecture domains
• Ability to drive financial rigor (ROI, EVA, NPV) in technology decisions

Responsibilities

• Scale long-term enterprise technology roadmap aligned to corporate strategy
• Mature EA practice by curating enterprise continuum and defining reference architectures
• Own architecture governance policies and change advisory processes
• Lead design of large-scale systems using SOA and microservices patterns
• Provide architectural oversight for cloud capabilities (AWS)
