Description

You will manage integration build flow and test operations for satellites, evaluate designs for manufacturability, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes. You'll ensure spacecraft achieve mission goals by troubleshooting non-conformances and driving system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Willing to travel up to 10% and work extended hours/weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, stoop, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces

Responsibilities

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
• Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures based on lessons learned
• Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and create system improvements
