You'll build and assemble modular housing components in a factory setting and on residential job sites. Your work will contribute to achieving net-zero carbon housing at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components
• Install doors, windows, subfloors, and sheathing
• Interpret shop and construction drawings
• Operate saws, nailers, and woodworking tools safely

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of carpentry experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances
