💼 About This Role

You'll drive renewals and revenue growth within key accounts for UpGuard's CRPM platform, a leader in cyber risk posture management. You'll strategically manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize retention and expand revenue. This role offers autonomy to shape account strategies at a company scaling to process 100 billion risk signals daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own renewal process for key accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations with legal and finance
• Track account health and renewal metrics

📋 Requirements

• Senior Account Manager or similar commercial role
• Proven track record in SaaS renewals and revenue growth
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, especially TPRM
• Proven negotiation skills for contracts and renewals

• Account Executive or sales role experience
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications
