Description

You will serve as a trusted advisor to top customers in the German region, guiding them from deployment through renewal. You'll drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization by building relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating post-sales activities like QBRs and renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS or tech vendor
  • Experience with Networking, Security, or AI software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to listen, understand needs, and find sustainable solutions
  • Effective problem solver with ownership mindset in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage health of assigned accounts to ensure customer retention and growth, driving full value realization
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across customer and internal teams (Sales, CS, R&D, Support)
  • Own post-sales motion including QBRs, product adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells
