Description

As a Home Health Aide with BAYADA, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities like bathing, grooming, meal prep, and light housework. You'll follow a nurse-directed care plan and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while enjoying training, flexibility, and a supportive team.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Completed CNA training or 75-hour Home Health Aide certification
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Commitment to compassionate, reliable patient care

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises and ambulation assistance
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
