Description

You will educate the community about hospice benefits and develop relationships with referral sources to connect eligible patients with hospice services. This role involves market assessments, strategic planning, and supporting the care team with referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn job-specific software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing volume projections and marketing initiatives to meet budget goals
• Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral sources
• Educate facilities, families, and community on the hospice benefit
• Support care team by gathering referral information and following up on pending referrals
