You'll own retention marketing strategy and execution at the intersection of lifecycle marketing and AI-powered personalization. You will build and run programs across email, SMS, and app push, shaping our CRM platform stack. This role reports to the CMO and offers a hybrid work schedule with free daily in-office lunches.
π― What You'll Do
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and app push.
- Evaluate and lead implementation of CRM and ESP stack.
- Partner with Performance Marketing on audience strategy and handoff.
- Collaborate with retail team on clienteling tactics using CRM data.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within DTC/fashion.
- Proven track record building and optimizing email and SMS programs.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to marketing.
- Strong analytical skills turning customer data into actionable strategies.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, ESP and CRM platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
- Excellent written communication skills.
