As a Lead Solutions Consultant at Braze, you will act as a trusted advisor during the sales process, combining technical expertise with storytelling to demonstrate how our platform delivers value. You'll mentor team members and collaborate across sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
Requirements
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with follow-up ability
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
- Domain knowledge in two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought leader across industry verticals and geographic markets
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams
- Mentor Solutions Consultants on the team
- Build prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities during the sales process
