You'll sit at the heart of our work, partnering with clients, users, designers, and engineers to discover what actually needs solving and drive measurable outcomes. You'll lead deep-dive discovery, define problems, validate hypotheses, and guide products from concept to scale across AI, automation, and product-led transformations in public sector and enterprise settings.

Requirements

• Problem-first mindset — defines problems before proposing solutions
• Outcome-driven thinking — measures impact, not activity
• Relentless curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
• 3-7 years in product management or adjacent roles (consulting, business analysis, solutions architecture)
• Familiarity with Agile/iterative delivery and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery with clients, users, and stakeholders to surface real pain points using 5 Whys and problem trees
• Define measurable business outcomes and build metric frameworks including VCR
• Design lean experiments, prototypes, and MVPs to validate assumptions with minimum investment
• Partner with designers to create intuitive customer experiences for enterprise and public-sector users
• Align cross-functional teams around shared problems and priorities, facilitating tough trade-off decisions
