You'll be a key brand ambassador, providing world-class support to small business owners and accountants. Your mission is to become a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full value of Xeroβs features through proactive outreach and efficient problem-solving across various channels. You'll play a vital part in empowering the community with the tools they need.
π― What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Make proactive calls to improve product usage.
- Use Salesforce to capture and track case details.
- Apply accounting fundamentals to resolve queries.
π Requirements
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g. AAT Level 4 or equivalent).
- Clear communication skills to explain complex information simply.
- Experience in a service-oriented environment meeting quality targets.
- Decision-making ability to benefit the customer.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Xero software.
