🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Make proactive calls to improve product usage.
  • Use Salesforce to capture and track case details.
  • Apply accounting fundamentals to resolve queries.

  • Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g. AAT Level 4 or equivalent).
  • Clear communication skills to explain complex information simply.
