You'll be a key brand ambassador, providing world-class support to small business owners and accountants. Your mission is to become a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full value of Xero’s features through proactive outreach and efficient problem-solving across various channels. You'll play a vital part in empowering the community with the tools they need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Make proactive calls to improve product usage.
• Use Salesforce to capture and track case details.
• Apply accounting fundamentals to resolve queries.

📋 Requirements

• Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g. AAT Level 4 or equivalent).
• Clear communication skills to explain complex information simply.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment meeting quality targets.
• Decision-making ability to benefit the customer.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Xero software.
