💼 About This Role

You'll deliver virtual therapy sessions to patients across the U.S. through our telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation. You'll join a supportive clinical team while our operations handle scheduling and billing, letting you dedicate your time to clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform virtual counseling and psychotherapy sessions
• Complete comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer QA process

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
• 2-3+ years of unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience
• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Virginia
