💼 About This Role

You'll lead relationships with top eCommerce brands as a trusted advisor, owning customer success end-to-end. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and ensure growth across Yotpo's AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty platform. This role offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally and influence product innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships post-onboarding through renewal.
  • Develop success plans aligned with business goals and outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Managers on retention, expansion, and forecasting.
  • Lead strategic QBRs and executive-level conversations.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of CS or Account Management experience (ideally MarTech).
  • Skilled in managing complex customer relationships and engaging C-suite.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to measure performance and demonstrate impact.
  • Commercially savvy with strong understanding of renewal, retention, and expansion levers.
