💼 About This Role

You'll support development and commercial leadership in executing the strategic vision for a flagship therapeutic program, ensuring alignment with PMO best practices and business strategies. You'll oversee cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end Phase 3 global programs, driving timely delivery and executive-ready decisions. This role offers the chance to lead complex drug development initiatives at a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage product development plan including activity planning, budgets, and milestone reporting.
• Engage senior leadership to define project strategies and drive executive alignment.
• Maintain project management software (SmartSheet) ensuring scheduling accuracy.
• Facilitate project update meetings and run senior governance cadences.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/drug development/biotechnology industry.
• 7+ years in financial management including budget oversight of $40M+ yearly.
• Proficient in at least three key drug development functions (e.g., clinical operations, regulatory).
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling software, SmartSheet preferred.
