💼 About This Role
You'll lead enterprise renewals and customer success teams across EMEA and APJ, driving retention and growth for a global data resilience leader. Your core impact will be achieving renewal targets and strengthening Net Revenue Retention. This role stands out for its strategic influence across Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish processes for collaboration across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
- Lead the team to achieve Account Growth Quotas (Renewal + Expansion).
- Create win-back plays for enterprise accounts.
- Provide structured insights on customer and market trends.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success Teams
- Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management
