💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing software consultancy as an Outbound Sales Development Representative targeting the Latin American market. Your core impact will be generating qualified leads through cold calls, email, and social media to support our sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new sales leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services
• Build relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to qualify leads
• Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales Development Representative experience
• Proven hunter's mentality with cold calling and prospecting skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and the sales process
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
