Description

As an RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will make home visits in the Upper Bucks County area, providing 1:1 care to clients according to a designated plan. Work in a flexible, part-time role with excellent work/life balance, focusing on medication administration, wound care, and patient assessments.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• One year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Perform home visits for medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Accurately document care using electronic tablet
