💼 About This Role

You'll own Baseten's global immigration and mobility strategy, managing visa processes and relocation for a fast-growing AI company. You'll ensure exceptional candidates worldwide can join seamlessly while navigating a rapidly evolving U.S. immigration landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end U.S. visa processes including H-1B, O-1, TN, and PERM.
• Oversee visa sponsorships executed through Employer of Record partners.
• Design seamless relocation experiences for employees and their families.
• Advise on international expansion and cross-border compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. and Canadian business immigration experience.
• Deep, current knowledge of the evolving U.S. immigration landscape.
• Experience advising on international employment arrangements and cross-border tax.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes immigration scenarios.
