You'll lead the Medical Affairs Oncology strategy for a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, overseeing scientific communications, evidence generation, and KOL engagement. Your work will enable first-in-class peptide therapies for undruggable cancer targets, impacting millions of patients globally.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and execute Medical Affairs Oncology strategy aligned with development roadmap
  • Build and sustain relationships with leading KOLs and academic medical centers
  • Lead evidence generation strategy including investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence
  • Oversee scientific communications and medical information functions
  • Build scalable medical affairs infrastructure for global multi-indication growth

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • MD required (or PhD/PharmD with commensurate experience)
  • 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical industry experience
  • 8+ years in Medical Affairs with deep oncology expertise
  • Demonstrated success building and leading Medical Affairs organizations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with early-stage asset launches
  • Expertise in peptide or novel modality therapeutics
  • Familiarity with KOL management and publication planning
