💼 About This Role

You'll act as a right hand to leadership, defining where OnePay should play in fintech. You'll turn industry trends into clear business priorities and build evaluation frameworks for what to build, buy, or partner for. This role is built for someone with strong instincts about the future of fintech and the ability to turn ambiguity into crisp strategic direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spot fintech, AI, and consumer trends and turn them into strategic bets
• Develop evaluation frameworks and build business cases with financial modeling
• Create compelling narratives for leadership and board-level work
• Own competitive intelligence and synthesize trends into recommendations
• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, scoping, executing, and measuring

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, product/corporate strategy, or VC
• Consulting background at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar
• Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products
• Strong product intuition to evaluate ideas and frame go/no-go recommendations

• At least 3-4 years in fintech, AI, or consumer tech
