You'll be the face of Carvana at our Concord, NC facility, managing gate access and conducting patrols to protect associates, customers, and assets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and document vehicle movement at facility gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and yard.
• Create badges and review CCTV footage as requested.
• De-escalate situations and enforce safety protocols.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and card access systems.
• Experience supporting OSHA or safety programs.
• Crisis prevention or response plan experience.
