Description

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will provide technical direction and business guidance for Rubrik's cloud product team, driving product line revenue by developing go-to-market strategy and leading pre-sales activities for enterprise, mid-market, and small business customers across North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales engineering experience in Cloud and/or Unstructured Data environment
  • Proven track record of success
  • Preference for experience with AWS, GCP, private cloud infrastructure, and/or security solutions
  • Fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup/disaster recovery, and data analytics
  • Experience working with CxO level personnel

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for cloud native data protection solutions
  • Serve as trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject matter expert to key accounts
  • Lead technical sales calls, analyze customer feedback, and identify trends
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, and decision process
  • Maintain cadence with product management to align roadmap with customer demands
